Prices shown are in U.S. dollars based on rates in effect at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. Prices listed include VAT if applicable.
Payments: Reservations should be made as far in advance as possible to secure the apartment of your preference. A deposit of 25% of the full stay price is due at time of booking. The balance of the full stay cost is due no later than one month prior to the booked check in date. Reservations without payments are subject to cancellation. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Banker's Draft accepted.
Revisions: Revisions to accommodations - a $50 administrative fee will be assessed for all revisions to bookings including changes of check in dates and changes of apartment. All changes are subject to availability and last-minute changes may not be possible. Shortened stays where the guest has already checked in will incur a full penalty.
Cancellations: Any cancellation occurring 28 days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a fee of 25% of the full rental amount. Cancellations 15 - 27 days prior to arrival will be assessed a fee of 50% of the full rental amount. Cancellations received 0-14 days prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the full rental amount. Guests are strongly encouraged to take out private travel insurance policies to cover Cancellation, Personal Accident, and Medical issues.
Deposits: Upon check in, MetroSpaces charges a deposit, typically one night's rental, as a security deposit, payable by credit card, which is cancelled immediately following settlement of any outstanding account. An authorization transaction is conducted which is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled.
Number of guests: Each property has a different maximum number of guests. Guests numbering up to this limit will not incurr additional charges.
Responsibility: Neither MetroSpaces nor its agent(s) shall be held liable for, and customer waives any claim against MetroSpaces and its agent(s) for any loss of or damage to property or injury to person caused by reason of any defect, negligence or other wrongful act or omission, of any other transportation company, lodging property, agency or any persons, rendering any of the services included in the stay at a MetroSpaces property. In no event shall any party be liable for consequential damages. In the event the services or accommodations described in the corresponding MetroSpaces collateral cannot be provided due to delays or any other reason beyond the control of MetroSpaces, MetroSpaces will exercise all reasonable efforts to arrange alternative comparable services or accommodations. However, MetroSpaces will not be liable for, and customer hereby waives any claim against MetroSpaces, for any failure of performance by any other transportation company, lodging property, agency or any other third party providing services hereunder.
Disputes: It is agreed by and between the passenger and the operator that all disputes and matters whatsoever arising under or in connection with or incident to the responsibility of MetroSpaces shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a court located in the county of Travis, the state of Texas, U.S.A., to the exclusion of the courts of any other state or country.
